Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Add fields for any type of content you want to display, such as rich text, images, and videos. Be sure to click Sync after making changes in a collection, so visitors can see your newest content on your live site.
2 medium eggplants cleaned
1 T. oil
Pinch of salt
10 oz. shredded cheese of your choice
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. sugar
Wash the eggplants well. Peel if desired.
Slice into large cubes.
Preheat the QuickPan.
Add oil and allow to heat. After 2 minutes, add eggplant cu es and close the lid.
Toss eggplant after 3 minutes. Toss again after another 3 minutes. Eggplant will be fully cooked after 6-8 minutes.
Add shredded cheese and gently toss to combine.
Unplug QuickPan but do not open the lid for a minute or so, until cheese is melted.
Open can of tomato sauce. Stir in 1 tablespoon sugar. Spoon sauce over eggplant, toss and serve hot.
